More than two years have passed since the 'lockdown' was put into place. It will just take two weeks, they said. But then, it continues. The reason was the Coronavirus disease or Covid-19, an infectious disease caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus that became a pandemic, a global epidemic. A lot of people got infected, and they were se from their loved ones. Some people died as a result of the deadly virus.
For more than two years with no face-to-face interaction with friends. At first of the lockdown, it was fine but then, In the middle of the year, something didn't feel right. I felt stressed and empty. Especially, when the classes started in October, I was anxious and shy to reply to messages from group chats. I felt disappointed in myself and was very stressed about life. Modular distance learning was difficult for me. I don't think I really had a support system at that time I'm always nervous when going to online classes. Life during the pandemic was stressful and uneasy. I was always on my phone, sometimes I don't have the motivation to do anything, and I was frustrated with myself.
Well, I wasn't able to overcome my experience in a short time. I think my friends played a big role in overcoming that uneasiness. Especially, when progressive face-to-face was implemented. I felt I have someone beside me, I saw them personally and had a good time with them. We became each other's support system. Laughing and talking about our difficulties. They helped me to overcome the emptiness I felt and made me laugh even in difficult times.
